Peanut butter and banana taco

Protein! Fiber! Potassium!

“Eight grams of fiber in a mini tortilla?,” you exclaim. “That’s not possible.”

Oh, it is. And, after toasting it, I add peanut butter and banana and fold it like a taco. It’s simple, delectable, and also quite pretty.

    I want to like peanut butter with bananas. I really do. But isn’t it all just a bit…Elvisy? Must find alternatives, because that quick, foldable, hand-held, healthy breakfast just looks brilliant.
