Giving thanks for white wine, prunes, capers, brown sugar, and chicken!

Instead of slaving over a turkey this year, I elected for a succulent, marinated chicken dish. Chicken Marbella has remained a constant favorite since I first tasted it two years ago at a friend’s mother’s Christmas Eve gathering. With juicy prunes and a white-wine pan sauce, it’s tasty hot or cold, with a side, or on its own. It also doesn’t hurt that it’s so easy to make!
